At this time, I will give you speech about how important we have to work hard for the future. 
First, we have family, aren't we? So we have to work hard to gain money and give it to them because we love them, and don't want to make them suffer from money crisis.
Second, of course all of the audience here want to have a better future? If we want it, then we can't just lazy sitting watching TV, or make our parents keep working for us, it's such a shame, isn't it? Better work, better future.
Third, it's because our dream. 
At last but not least, working hard it's a sign that we make or live useful.

I'm (your name). First of all let's give thank to the almighty God who gives us mercy and blessings so we can get together here. Today, I want to speak about hard work.

Ladies and gentlemen,
Hard work is the most important thing in our life. Why? Because, since we was kid we already know a lot of works. Even just a homework, If we do it with a hard work we can receive the best result.

But, In the reality. A lot of people don't want to give their effort to work. We can see the example from the homeless people. Actually, they can get a good occupation, a lot of money and a lot of things that they want. But, they just asking for money from a lot of people.

So, what we must to do? Well, that's simple question.
We just need the motivation and work it! Even, that's just a simple thing do it with hard work and give the best thing. Because we are the future and we must work,work, and work!
